WANTED: Mastermind Group Members

I've been meaning to form/join a Mastermind group for some months now. Never sure of just how to go about doing so, I've lurked around forums and networking events gleaning snippets of know-how.

Then just three weeks ago, the topic arose at a networking event. The Sydney Twitter Underground Brigade's, in fact.

It turns out I wasn't the only one in my boat.

Arranged through Twitter, our first Mastermind group meeting was two weeks ago. Over coffee, we brainstormed for several hours on the purpose of the group, meeting structure and confidentiality.

We also discussed group numbers, which brings me to the purpose of this post!

Ideally, we'd like another two members to bring the group to five. Have a mosey at our outline:

Current members:
A web developer, a marketing strategy consultant and yours truly.

New members - industry:
Preferably, we'd like our new members to be from one of the following industries:

• Legal
• Accounting
• Retail
• Business
• HR/Recruitment
• Marketing
• Business Funding

New members - criteria:
New members should also be:

• Running their own business
• Interested in business growth
• Committed to helping others grow their business
• Able to conveniently attend three-hour monthly meetings in Sydney's CBD
• Willing to commit to a minimum of six months
